TERMS OF SERVICES

Please read everything on my Terms of Services (TOS) before purchasing any commissions from me

A) Process

a) Turnaround time is 1 to 4 weeks. Certain commissions may take longer than the timeframe mentioned due to the complexity of the work or factors outside of my control (health, emergencies etc.)
You will be informed in these cases and given an accurate turnaround time.b) You will be given updates 4 times throughout the process; after sketch completion, line art completion, coloring completion and rendering completion. If you would like any updates at any time, feel free to contact me!

B) Revisions

a) Revisions are allowed at any time during the process, however only minor revisions will be accepted after the line art has been complete.b) Additional charges will apply for major changes after the line art has been completed.

C) Rights and Usage

a) I have the right to display the progress of the artwork as well as the finished piece on any social media site. (If for any reason you would like for your commission to not be posted online until a specific date, I will not post it before the agreed date)b) All commissions are for personal use only. This means that you cannot make any money with direct monetization of the artwork (such as merchandise)c) You can use the artwork on social media accounts for promotional purposes with no direct monetization with credit. Such as; profile pictures, banners, streams, posts.d) AI/NFT use of my work is strictly prohibited.e) Do not modify the artwork in any way without my permission.

D) Payment

a) Payment will be made after you approve the sketch. Changes to the sketch are still possible after payment (unless I have started working on the line art)b) I will not make any major changes to the sketch before payment (completely different pose, design, composition etc.)c) Additional charges may apply for complicated designs.d) All prices are in USD.e) Payment through Kofi.f) I do not accept refunds.
